1. Giới thiệu
1. Introduction
VELO là ứng dụng quản lý thiết bị y tế được phát triển cho Trường Cao đẳng SPMET (Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam). Chính sách Bảo mật này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và các quy định hiện hành.
VELO is a medical equipment management application developed for SPMET Healthcare School (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with Vietnamese Personal Data Protection Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and applicable regulations.

Thông tin tài khoản: Họ tên, địa chỉ email và vai trò trong tổ chức (sinh viên, nhân viên hoặc quản trị viên) được cung cấp khi đăng nhập qua Google OAuth.
Dữ liệu tương tác thiết bị: Lượt quét mã QR, hồ sơ mượn/trả thiết bị, yêu cầu dịch vụ và nhật ký bảo trì được tạo trong quá trình sử dụng ứng dụng.
Thông tin thiết bị: Loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành và mã thông báo đẩy (nếu bạn cấp quyền thông báo).
Dữ liệu sử dụng: Lịch sử quét, dữ liệu chuỗi quét và nhật ký hoạt động để cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng.
Account Information: Name, email address, and organizational role (student, staff, or admin) provided during sign-in via Google OAuth.
Equipment Interaction Data: QR code scans, equipment borrow/return records, service requests, and maintenance logs created during your use of the application.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification token (if you grant notification permissions).
Usage Data: Scan history, streak data, and activity logs for improving the user experience.
3. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu
3. How We Use Your Data
Chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu của bạn để: (a) xác thực danh tính và quản lý quyền truy cập, (b) theo dõi tình trạng sử dụng và khả dụng của thiết bị y tế theo thời gian thực, (c) xử lý yêu cầu dịch vụ và lịch bảo trì, (d) gửi thông báo đẩy về tình trạng thiết bị và cập nhật dịch vụ, (e) tạo báo cáo tuân thủ theo quy định quản lý thiết bị y tế Việt Nam, và (f) duy trì nhật ký kiểm toán cho hồ sơ sử dụng thiết bị được lưu giữ trong 5 năm theo yêu cầu pháp lý.
We use your data to: (a) authenticate your identity and manage access control, (b) track medical equipment usage and availability in real-time, (c) process service requests and maintenance scheduling, (d) send push notifications about equipment status and service updates, (e) generate compliance reports as required by Vietnamese medical device regulations, and (f) maintain audit trails for equipment usage logs retained for 5 years per regulatory requirements.
4. Lưu trữ và bảo mật dữ liệu
4. Data Storage and Security
Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu trữ an toàn bằng Convex, nền tảng cơ sở dữ liệu thời gian thực với mã hóa khi lưu trữ và khi truyền tải. Token xác thực được lưu trữ bằng vùng bảo mật của thiết bị (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) qua expo-secure-store. Dữ liệu liên quan đến bệnh nhân (nếu có) được mã hóa ở cấp trường theo yêu cầu Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP. Chúng tôi không lưu trữ mật khẩu — xác thực được xử lý qua Google OAuth.
Your data is stored securely using Convex, a real-time database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are stored using the device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) via expo-secure-store. Patient-related data (if applicable) is encrypted at the field level per Decree 13/2023/ND-CP requirements. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via Google OAuth.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ trong tổ chức của bạn (Trường Cao đẳng SPMET) cho mục đích quản lý thiết bị. Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ thống kê sử dụng tổng hợp, ẩn danh để cải thiện hệ thống. Chúng tôi sẽ tiết lộ dữ liệu nếu được yêu cầu bởi pháp luật Việt Nam hoặc cơ quan quản lý.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only within your organization (SPMET Healthcare School) for equipment management purposes. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics for system improvement. We will disclose data if required by Vietnamese law or regulatory authorities.

Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP, bạn có quyền: (a) truy cập dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn, (b) yêu cầu sửa đổi dữ liệu không chính xác, (c) yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của bạn (tuân theo yêu cầu lưu giữ theo quy định), (d) rút lại sự đồng ý xử lý dữ liệu, và (e) khiếu nại lên Bộ Công an nếu quyền dữ liệu của bạn bị vi phạm. Để thực hiện các quyền này, hãy liên hệ quản trị viên trường hoặc gửi email cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ bên dưới.
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data, (b) request correction of inaccurate data, (c) request deletion of your data (subject to regulatory retention requirements), (d) withdraw consent for data processing, and (e) file a complaint with the Ministry of Public Security if your data rights are violated. To exercise these rights, contact your school administrator or email us at the address below.
7. Thời gian lưu giữ dữ liệu

Nhật ký sử dụng thiết bị được lưu giữ trong 5 năm theo quy định quản lý thiết bị y tế Việt Nam. Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu giữ trong suốt thời gian bạn theo học hoặc làm việc tại SPMET. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu tài khoản sau khi rời khỏi trường, tuân theo yêu cầu lưu giữ theo quy định.
Equipment usage logs are retained for 5 years per Vietnamese medical device regulations. Account data is retained for the duration of your enrollment or employment at SPMET. You may request deletion of your account data after leaving the institution, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
8. Thông báo đẩy
8. Push Notifications
VELO có thể gửi thông báo đẩy về lịch bảo trì thiết bị, cập nhật yêu cầu dịch vụ và nhắc nhở chuỗi quét. Bạn có thể tắt thông báo bất cứ lúc nào thông qua cài đặt thiết bị. Việc tắt thông báo không ảnh hưởng đến khả năng sử dụng ứng dụng.
VELO may send push notifications about equipment maintenance schedules, service request updates, and scan streak reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the application.

VELO dành cho sinh viên (từ 18 tuổi trở lên), nhân viên và quản trị viên của Trường Cao đẳng SPMET. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em dưới 18 tuổi. Nếu bạn tin rằng trẻ em dưới 18 tuổi đã cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân, vui lòng liên hệ chúng tôi ngay.
VELO is intended for use by students (18+), staff, and administrators of SPMET Healthcare School. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided personal data, please contact us immediately.
10. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách Bảo mật này theo thời gian. Chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn về những thay đổi quan trọng qua thông báo đẩy hoặc thông báo trong ứng dụng. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng VELO sau khi thay đổi đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận chính sách đã cập nhật.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app notice. Continued use of VELO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
